You must commit to at least 2 of the following

You will to sign up to be part of your local Dementia Friendly Community’s mailing list where you will receive regular updates regarding local activities

You agree to share and display any Leaflets/Posters relating to local Dementia Friendly Activity in your area

You will follow your local Dementia Friendly Communities Facebook page and re-post dementia friendly initiatives
