Dementia Cafe or
Forget Me Not Cafe

These cafe's which run all over Kent are designed to provide a safe, friendly and welcoming environment to those who are affected by dementia. Some are free, and some charge a small fee but all are designed to give you a welcoming and supportive environment where you can socialise.

COGS Groups are activity social clubs that run all over Kent by various organisations.

Peer Groups

Peer Groups and Carer Peer Groups are support groups where people can chat, talk about hobbies, what they have been up to and how things are going. Carer Peer Groups allow carers to share information, talk about their feelings and ask each other for advice.

Courses allow carers to learn more about dementia, the effects, what to expect, how to manage in different environments and techniques to use at home.
